General Information

This datapack adds the Lycanthrope origin, which can transform into a werewolf at will. After choosing the Lycanthrope origin you need to choose a Clan you want to join.

Lycanthrope

Humans who have contracted lycanthropy in one way or another way.

🔴Cursed

The Curse made you weaker and slower.

🔴Restless

You can only sleep on new moons.

🔴Carnivore

Only meat can sustain you. (Non-meat items don't give hunger)

🔴Silver Aversion

(Iron counts as silver) You take more damage from iron weapons and tools. Additionally you can not wear iron armor for the pain it causes.

🔵Beast within [Primary Ability]

Take on your true form, either at will or forced by the light of the full moon.

Werewolf

The true form of the Lycanthropes, apex predators who will not hesitate to kill those who come in their way.

🟢Predator

You are bigger, stronger, more agile and take less damage. But you will exhaust much faster.

🟢Osteophages

Mobs killed by you have a chance to drop bones. You can eat bones to statisfy your hunger a little.

🔴Beast with Paws

You will drop anything you try to hold except for food. Armor is completly useless to you.

🔴Furry

Your fur makes you slower in water and more flammable.

🔴Carnivore

Only meat can fill your stomach. Additionally you get some hunger from attacking non-undead mobs

🔴Feared

The villagers are afraid of you and refuse to trade with you. Iron golems will attack you on sight.

🔴Silver Aversion

You take more damage from iron weapons, tools and golems. Additionally you can not wear iron armor for the pain it causes.

🔵Leap [Primary]

Leap forward with great force at the cost of hunger.

🔵Hunter's Sense [Toggle Save Toolbar]

You can see mobs even through walls. Non-undead mobs glow red, while undead mobs will glow white.

🔵Twisted Vision [Toggle Load Toolbar]

Your vision is desaturated, and you can see in the dark as long as you are not in water

🔵Transformation [Secondary]

Transform back into your humanoid form. You can not transform back during a full moon.

Clans

Clans can affect your werewolf form in different ways.

Commoner

Lycanthropes who have accepted their faith.

Guardian

Lycanthropes who refused to accept their fate and fought against it instead. These Werewolves are known to be weaker and have more control over their curse than others.

🟢Humanoid

Your body retains its rough stature after transforming, allowing you to hold items and wear armor. Armor and items will have reduced efficiency. Additionally villagers are not afraid of you.

🟡Fair Trade

Controlling the Beast within means holding it back. Your wolf form is weaker, but exhausts less and your human form suffers less under the curse.

Beast

Lycanthropes who have not only accepted, but embraced their curse. These Werewolves are known to be more powerful and bloodthirsty.

🟢Embraced Beast

Your wolf form is much more powerful, but drains your hunger faster.

🟡Fair Trade

Your wolf form is stronger but embracing the curse comes at a cost. Your human form is much weaker.

🔴Call of the Moon

The moon is calling you, stronger than others. You will transform on full moons, even when not under direct moon light.

Everwolf

In rare cases and under certain conditions, a Lycanthrope can transform into a so-called Everwolf. These Lycanthropes have a strong connection to their inner beast, making them unable to ever return to their human form.

Driven by hunger and madness, searching for a cure that does not exist.

🔵Howling Agony [Secondary]

Howl in agony temporarily making you stronger and intimidating your enemies.

🔴Deep Connection

You and your inner beast are one. Your humanity has abandoned you, betrayed you. (Upon choosing this Clan, you will transform immediantly and can not transform back. You can use items and armor with reduced effectiveness)

🔴Everlasting Hunger

Your stats depend on your hunger level, you get stronger and faster the higher your food level is.

Goldheart

A pure soul with a heart of gold corrupted by the curse. These Werewolves see lycanthropy as a gift instead of a curse and love to be arround others of their kind.

🟢Companionship

You like being near other wolves, and they receive buffs when they are near you. While in wolf form, other Werewolves near you will gain buffs too.

🟢Morning Surprise

You can sleep when there is no full moon and tamed wolves have a chance to give you a gift in the morning, simlar to cats.

🟡Fair Trade

The beast within you feeds on anger you cannot offer. Therefore your wolf form is weaker but your human form suffers less under the curse.
