Salt Road for Wynncraft

• Added 2 new price average calculations, weighted and range average, to attempt to compensate for high price spreads on different items. Descriptions of these calculations can be found in the mod menu config editor.
• Added support for fuy.gg when wynntils is launched though fuy's loader.
