Ruined MCLive Early

• Refactored mod namespace to mclive_early to avoid confusion with an upcoming mod
• Renamed mod to Ruined MC Live Early (Sept)
• Renamed Creative Inventory Tab to Ruined Minecraft Live Early to avoid confusion with an upcoming mod
• Creative Inventory Tab now uses the Elder Ghast Spawn Egg as the display item
• Changed default value of Gamerule deathStarShoots to true because we love a little chaos

• Amethyst Bricks crafting recipe fixed (crafts 4 instead of 1 now)
• Fireflies don't replace mud, soul sand, or honey blocks with firefly bushes/fire when standing on them
• Happy Ghasts keep their custom names when converted into Elder Ghasts
• The M from the original Minecraft Logo now makes a sound when portal is lit
• Old Bricks and Old Cobblestone spawn slightly less now

Initial Release. This is the version of the mod used in the video without bug fixes. Use version 1.0.3 (or most recent version) for fixes to features that didn't work as intended.
