Ruby Above Netherite

This mods adds the ruby mineral which is above the netherite and is also found on the nether dimension between y=5 and y=31, once you mine the ruby mineral you'll have the ruby scrap, which you will have to join in the crafting table with diamond to obtain ruby like the netherite ingot recipe.

With ruby you can make ruby armor tools and weapons by crafting them on the crafting table
