now the warning screen allow to scroll if the mods overflow, has colors and there i a new spec for the config

dependencies declaration file now uses TOML
new logging system to log everthing releated to the mod in a separate file called RPdepent.log

added datapack support, now you can have a RPD.txt file in the root folder of the datapack and it will be found by the mod
