Click on button with rename u want and it will influence on ur item by changing its name. If u like this rename, u can add it to favorites by clicking on star above item's name and this name will appear in Favorites Tab!

Inventory Tab
This tab shows renames for every item from ur inventory, even if it is not in anvil's slot. Click on rename to automatically put highlighted item in anvil's slot and change its name!
