Rot N' Putrid

• Updated weapon textures
• made the rapier lunge and made the parry and enchantment
• rebuffed some stuff

• Nerfed the rapier's attack damage and parry window
• Nerfed rot to only remove a 15% of your armor
• added the decaying enchant which makes rotten greatswords apply decay for 4 seconds
• added the rotten icon which makes you have constant rot but makes you heal from getting rot (also makes you immune to decay) crafted with two putrid netherite ingots two netherite scraps and a rotten tumor
• made rotten weapons repairable with netherite scrap instead of putrid netherite ingots
• slightly nerfed the rotten greatsword
