Emoji Autocomplete & Chat Improvements

• Emoji shortcode autocomplete in chat - type : to trigger suggestions
• Smart search: typing :funny now surfaces :cats/funny:, :people/funny:, etc. across all categories
• Suggestions are infinite - no arbitrary cap on results
• Each suggestion previews the emoji glyph with its correct per-category font (no more [] placeholders)
• Confirming a suggestion auto-appends a trailing space for comfort

Fixed

• Emoji picker button no longer gets selected when navigating chat with arrow keys or Tab
• Fixed emoji list being empty on join - server now sends the full list 2 seconds after connection to ensure the channel handshake is complete
• Fixed RenderSystem called from wrong thread crash when receiving emoji sync packets
• Fixed Bukkit plugin messaging not being received by the Fabric client anymore - the channel receiver now correctly handles raw plugin messages from Paper/Spigot servers
• Fixed categorized emojis not rendering with the correct font in the suggestion window

Fix: Emoji rendering in picker UI

• Fixed categorized emojis (non-default) not rendering in the picker -> the font style is now applied per emoji using its correct font key
• Fixed emoji button in chat screen not rendering glyphs from non-default categories
