Fixed crash with Java versions below v21.0.3

This small patch fixes a server-side only crash on load.

This version introduces the Merger and Splitter. In addition to this, items properly render inside pipes now.

Allongside these, many bug fixes have been introduced to improve the stability and thread-safety.

This beta build provides two blocks: The Glass Pipe and the Economical Pump.

As of right now, these can only be obtained throught he /give command.

Addons already can provide custom pipes and custom kinds of transfarrable stuff through the official APIs this mod provides.

The client cannot see how stuff is being transfarred as of righ tnow.
