Ringle's Gun Turret

Adds a gun turret, inspired by Factorio's gun turret. Crafting it takes some copper blocks, pistons, a dispenser and an observer. It must be supplied with arrows.

When it detects a mob in its range, based on settings set by the player, it will automatically target it and shoot at it. Beware of friendly fire.

This is my first mod. It may not function as intended, be unstable, or cause performance issues.
