Minor rendering changes

Changes:

• The bars are now hidden correctly with the rest of the GUI when F1 is pressed
• Made update and rendering logic more efficient

Codebase Rework and dynamic updates

Changes:

• Stats are now dynamically updated allowing for compatibility with mods like SuperbSteeds
• Moved vanilla tooltips above the bars if bars are displayed to avoid overlapping
• Reworked a lot of the codebase for easier maintenance

Fixes:

• Made sure bars are always displayed directly above the players health bar, independent of total health and absorption amount
• Fixed bar position in creative mode with increased health
• Fixed position of item tooltips when bars are displayed
• Fixed some unexpected value jumps when bars are set to current mode
