Fixed Bugs and updated certian features to 1.21.8 Added Structure

• Fixed a bug with Chiseled Bookshelfs and Decorated Pots that could be used to Duplicate Revive Books or gain lives.
• Signifigant improvment to Chat Feedback on all Admin functions. For example it now says when the chests are done spawning and suggests an autofill for the spread function.
• This version is now the first version that doesnt have any harmfull Bugs that i know of.

• Added automatic deathbans (requires function permision level 4)
• Updated the load and tick function to work flawlessly
• Added a lives scoreboard thats displayed on TAB.
• Updated the revive books to be consumable which increases your lives by 2
• Added a system to remove 1 life on death
• Fixed problem with chests not spawning at all in unloaded chunks (this fix causes a lag spike when spawning high amount of chests though)
• Added the revive:setlives function for admins
• Added the revive:givebook function for admins
• Updated the revive:spawnchests to only load the chests in stasis (which you can now spawn mulitple of with only 1 command)
• Added the revive:spreadchests funtion to spread and spawn the chests that are in stasis to the world (you can still choose the radius with this one)

First version of Revive Books. Only has the command /function spawnchest which has a revive book thats only decorative.
