Return Dirt Background

This mod reverts the 24w09a snapshot background change

EXPERIMENTAL! Changing background texture:

1. Create simple resource pack (template here)
2. Replace image at assets/minecraft/textures/gui/options_background.png with your favourite image
3. Load it and see in the game! (with release 1.7 and above)
