RetroRig: Quarry
Brings the retro BuildCraft quarry into modern Minecraft, using FE energy, frames, construction torches.
Brings back the classic BuildCraft quarry for modern Minecraft. (part of the RetroRig mod suite bringing back BuildCraft elements)
Place a Quarry block and it gets to work, automatically constructing a frame around the dig area, then mining everything inside down to bedrock. Drops are ejected above the machine or routed into connected inventories.
Construction Torches let you define a custom dig area. Place two torches at the same Y level within 64 blocks of each other and the quarry will respect those bounds.

- Automatic frame construction and interior clearing
- Custom dig area via Construction Torches
- Block break sounds and a looping ambient operating sound
- Ejects items above the machine or into adjacent inventories
- Crafting: The quarry takes iron blocks, diamonds, a diamond pickaxe, repeaters, and a copper trapdoor.
