Replication AE2 Bridge

Backport from 1.21.1

Bugfix/Feathure: it is now possible to request to auto-create matter with AE2.

Tweak: the mod now has a dedicated creative tab that also contains virtual matter, which is therefore visible from JEI and similar mods that previously hid it because it was not indexed in the creative tab.

Bugfix: i forgot when I rewrote the code: periodic cleaning of invalid matters and periodic refresh for autocrafting. Now added them.
