Pet transfer

This mod can allow you to create contracts, a specific item that needs to be crafted, that can allow you to transfer the ownership of a tamed pets (like dogs and cats).

This mod can be useful on towney stile server, player can create shops for animals or trade them with each other, other mods that add animals or mobs may be supported.
