Death swap

Additions:

1. Added new gamemodes:

• "Blitz mode"
• "Random mode"
• "Ban mode"

2. Now it announces the time where the swapping triggered.
3. Added a new setting called "Give 20 seconds to the server to generate chunks", if enabled the game will give 20 seconds for generating chunks before the game starts.
4. Added a new setting "Announce who each player was swapped with", if enabled players will see who they got swapped with at the end of each swap.

Changes:

• Changed "consistent swapping" to "normal mode"
• Changed "inconsistent swapping" to "classic mode"

Bug fixes:

• Fixed a bug with starting the game before winner announcement was over.
• Fixed a bug with the tick-tock sound in countdown where the volume would increase depending on the number of players.
• Fixed a bug with the tick-tock sound in countdown being offset.

The datapack now only supports 1.21.11+ for new updates, older versions are still available for 1.21.5 - 1.21.10
