• Added a lightweight overlay API for future map addons/integrations.
• Reduced tile update pressure while the camera is moving to avoid extra stutter.
• Fixed admin teleport from the map for distant areas outside the current client view distance.

• Improved tactical map terrain rendering:
  • better relief shading and height transitions;
  • better handling for translucent blocks such as ice and glass-like blocks.
• Added smoother map panning with inertia after dragging.
• Fixed admin teleport from the map:
  • uses centered vanilla /tp coordinates;
  • detects a safer surface Y position to avoid teleporting underground when possible.
