Recruits- Horns of War Addon

Adds effects and use to goat horns in war, same team recieves buffs and only enemy recieves debuffs.

Ponder    ---- +40 morale to allied recruits Sing----    Regeneration I (10s) Seek----    Temporary movement speed Feel----    Knockback resistance Admire----    Strength I Call----    Rally recruits toward blower Dream----    -20 Morale debuff to enemies

The morale used is from my recruitsmorale addon mod not default recruit morale. All things are configurable from the config/serverconfig.
