"Beyond the Bounds" advacement was only obtainable with the Old Reaper's Scythe. It is now obtainable with both Old and New Reaper's Scythes - whoops, again...

Reap! had an oversight in its code that made it unable to actually effect any entity or player which has now been fixed.
