Little balance patch

Scythes now take a % of souls instead of a set amount.

• Old Reaper's Scythe

• 2 souls => 10% souls

• New Reaper's Scythe

• 5 souls => 5% souls

Bloodletting Knife

• Polished up the texture, again.
• Made the recipie be given when you get iron.

Added Shrine Pillar features to soul sand vallies to make them easier to get.

I'm still updating the GUI for Death Certificate and Star Reforger, and I'm much happier with these versions!

Lowered the souls needed for the Prime upgrade for Scythe

• 250 souls -> 150 souls

Made withdraw scale with souls

• every 150 souls -> a level of withdraw

Finally, the GUI updates I promised 4 months ago!

Updated the GUI of Death Certificate and Star Reforger.

• These are only a rough plan of what I want them to look like!

Prime Reaper's Scythe 'Reap!' now give saturation and instant health on use.

Made the Old/Prime Reaper's Scythe's desc. easier to read.

Made the Death Shrines a little more common.

Added 'Soul sand Valley' to advancement 'This place reeks...' for a better hint
