Reaper's Descendant

Forgor to add the ability desc. to the Prime Reaper's Scythe - Whoops...

Added help on how to use the Death Certificate in the desc. of it.

"Reaper's Decendant" Advancement now comes from using Death Certificate instead of just holding the Old Reaper's Scythe.

"Beyond The Bounds" Advancement is now actually obtainable.

Other small changes:

• "Old Reapers Scythe" > "Old Reaper's Scythe"
• "Prime Reapers Scythe" > "Prime Reaper's Scythe"
• Prime Reaper's Scythe texture changed to have only blue, instead of having old elements of the Old Reaper's Scythe.
