Update for Minecraft 1.20.2

Fixes a bug where not all face markings were available for bred foals (as opposed to spawned or generated)

Bugfixes:

• Foals will be born the correct size even if the world is unloaded and loaded again while their mother is pregnant
• Twins being slightly smaller should now actually work
• Fixed a typo in a config comment
