Updated the mods and updated the game version to 1.21.10

v5 Vex Update v5 Vex is a full remake of PvP with a full Vulkan renderer, delivering up to 220 FPS at 4K and 400–500 MB RAM usage. Streamlined mod list removes outdated server optimizations and niche fixes, focusing on current versions. New performance mods (VulkanMod, Krypton) and utilities (PvP Legacy Utils, Simple Voice Chat) ensure lag-free duels. Optimized for speed and stability.

Removed and added a lot of mods. Faster networking compared to previous versions. Re-branding.
