Raw Block Smelting

This data pack adds the ability to smelt raw mineral (copper/iron/gold) blocks into regular mineral blocks in both standard and blast furnaces. It is different from other data packs/mods doing this in that it attempts to do so in a more balanced way.

Smelting Times: The time for a raw block to smelt is slightly longer than if you were to smelt the items individually. 2000 ticks (1000 for blast furnace), equivalent to 10 standard items.

Experience Given: The expereince given for smelting a raw block is slightly lower than would be given if the items were smelted individually. 5.6 experience, equivalent to 8 raw minerals.
