Finished scratch cards:

1. Removed buggy close message
2. Added 5+ new rewards
3. Significantly lowered rates for picking them up so as to not clutter inventory and waste time
4. Fixed bug in sounds

Added Advancements:

1. Scratch card advancements
2. Slot machine advancements
3. Gambling advancements

Added slot machine, attribute gambling, scratch cards, and random events. Adds much randomness and luck - based gameplay, but does not intefere with your core minecraft and is (fairly) balanced. May have some issues and bugs Update probably coming soon.
