Act fast and throw them away before they explode on you.
TNTs and creeepers in your inventory will explode if kept for more than a certain amount of time.

Ghast can throw fireballs at you, so can you
Seems a bit unfair that Ghast can blast you, but you can't blast them.

You can now pickup creepers aswell.
However, be careful, as you might explode if you don't throw them away on time.
