Added: Added new formats: section in config.yml

Old chat-settings.global-chat-format and chat-settings.local-chat-format are now deprecated (still supported for backward compatibility)

New advanced Formats System — now you can create unlimited custom chat formats for different player groups (default, VIP, Admin, Donor, etc.)

Each format supports separate global and local chat styles

Formats are checked by permission in the exact order they appear in config.yml (higher priority formats should be placed first)

Permissions:

• quillchat.format.default (default: true)
• quillchat.format.vip (default: false)
• quillchat.format.admin (default: false)

How to update:

1. Delete old config.yml or manually add the new formats section
2. Place higher priority formats (like admin) above lower ones
3. Run /chat reload

• Link support: Automatic URL parsing in chat with clickability. You can globally allow/disable links or restrict them by allowing quillchat.links;
• Support for Minecraft version 1.21.10.
