Release for 1.21.8

Minor Minecraft update so some mods aren't available I will do my best to update the modpack with the needed mods

Release for 1.21.7!

As I said I didn't make a version for 1.21.6 because of the sudden release of 1.21.7. All of the mods have been updated to their newest versions. Send me a dm on Discord for feedback and things I should add.

Removed GammaUtils and replaced it with BactroMod BactroMod easily allows to:

• Change brightness / fullbright
• Low shield and low fire
• Disable fog
• Clear water and lava
