PvP Gamerule

Adds the pvp gamerule (true by default). Set it to false to disables player-versus-player combat.

• Will this work on LAN Hosted Worlds?

Yes.

• What about the pvp setting in the server.properties?

Completely ignored, the gamerule always takes priority.

• How is PvP defined? What will be disabled?

Behaves the same as changing the pvp setting in the server.properties just as a gamerule.
