Purpur AFK

This is simple plugin to add a /afk command to Purpur.

Instead of waiting for Purpur to broadcast its built in AFK message on a timer, you can go AFK yourself using the /afk command added.

Additionally, it also keeps users who are vanished from having AFK events triggered.
