Patch Notes:
- added two new scoreboard values that occur when deselecting a killer or sinner, thus custom killers and sinners can detect when this value is triggered, deselct their custom sinners or killers, and set this value to 0 (it is set to 1 on a deselect), values are killer_deselect and sinner_deselect
