- nerfed Dweller's blink (3->1.8 blocks tp range, 0.5->0.75s cooldown)
- added a new special gamemode (shadow killer)
- buffed special gamemode chance (1/5-1/4)
- timer is now based on your timer value (patches a bug where killer leaves and breaks game)
