Major update!

Dweller's Blink ability now cannot go through walls or entities.

Dweller's Blink ability now has a range of 3 blocks.

Dweller's Blink ability now cannot teleport into the air, and has a random variation of 1 block when used.

Added one new sinner (Vampyre)

Added one new sinner (Failed Sorcerer)

Added a new advancement for this update.
