Proclamations

• Display stacked item frames and paintings as separate sprites
• Optionally display title text in chat
• Combine container contents if there are multiple items or shulkers
• Limit frequency that titles can be shown to a single player to one per second
• Support up to pack format 94 (Minecraft 1.21.11)
