Bug Fixes
- Effected entities no longer target creative players.
- Effected entities now ignore line-of-sight, targeting the closest entity (even if they can't see them).
- Targeted entities are now invulnerable to attacks from effected entities.
- This fixes #1 where ranged weapons could still be used.
