Potion of Caring

Adds a new Potion that prevents hostility, and brings mobs closer together.

• You can make a Potion of Caring by brewing poison or slowness potions with a rose bush.
• When an entity has the Caring effect, they start following the closest entity.
  • If they are hostile, they will stop attacking.
  • Players are prevented from attacking, but can still move normally.
