Potato Wood
Currently they are unobtainable in survival, there are crafts for items but potato stems from which you craft potato planks are not obtainable yet.

Some food items. Outdated, potato fries are now obtainable by smelting potato sticks in a furnace.

Baked Potato Bricks
Currently those blocks are not used in structures but will be used for the Colleseum structure in the potato dimension. Though you can craft them by combining stone bricks with baked potatoes.
