PolarBooks

Adds /bookscanner to permission level 1 and above (Operator), which scans a book and automatically saves them for you! No more need for trial and error, just write it in game!

This new version allows you to run commands when you click a piece of text! The command runs through the player, if you wish to make several books which the user can move between you can simply add "command" to the text JSON file and run a different book command, perfect for making a centralized /help book which branches out!

Config update to simplify usage. Commands will now be registered under the same name as the file in which they are located, and the contents of the files are slightly changed.
