Podzol to Dirt

Using any hoe, you can till podzol into dirt, with a special case of turning it into coarse dirt if something is over top the podzol. there is no plans to make future improvements or changes to this plugin

there is no performance impact caused by this and it should work with any version mc and bukkit/spigot/paper.
