- Added /speedupreport command for bug, incompatability and other issue reports.
- Downgraded minimum required Neoforge version from 21.1.206 to 21.1.172 for players using The Pixelmon Modpack on Modrinth.
- Fixed issues with move priority, item usage and fleeing.
- Fixed issue with battle text being skipped/sped up to a point of being unreadable or unnoticable, leaving players unaware of misses, status changes or other text-only indicators within battles.
- Added configuration option for battle text speed rate, defaulting at 0.5. See the above fix for context of what this means or can cause.
- Modified how battle speedup and animation skips occur, maintaining marginally better results over base pixelmon.

- Private project version wasn't ready for release so I refactored the code leaving the mod size incredibly small and very well optimized.
