The badge

• Live ping in a compact HUD badge with signal bars and a PING label
• Dynamic quality colouring, or any custom colour from a full RGB wheel
• Independent toggles for the background, border, signal bars, and label
• Background and border transparency in 25% steps

The customizer

• Press P or run /pingmaster to open it
• Drag the badge anywhere on screen, with edge snapping and a live preview
• Brightness slider and live hex readout for the custom colour
• Debug Mode showing which source the current ping came from

Under the hood

• Completely passive: reads latency the server already reports, sends nothing
• Falls back to reading the tab list on proxy networks that report 0
• Settings persist to config/pingmaster.json
