Added sound effects during teleportation. This feature can be disabled via the configuration.
Introduced a new "warp" command section for waypoint support:
- Create: Players can create global waypoints by standing on an activated beacon and using the command.
- Delete: Any player can delete any waypoint on the server.
- Teleport: Waypoints are publicly accessible to all players.
- List: Players can view all available server waypoints using /ptpwrap list (page). Interactable GUI is supported.
Commands can now be disabled by setting their names to empty strings in the configuration file.
Removed payment messages when the teleport price is 0, allowing servers to offer teleportation without any cost.
Updated help messages to use suggested command text and polished message contents for clarity.
