Patchwork

Last update for a bit; removes extra code and special formatting on enchantment names. Also removes dependency on owo-lib; unnecessary.

Backported to 1.19.2 at DefomCode's request.

Ricochet should be patched, added new enchantment Uppercut which does stuff, new constructor for PatchworkEnchantment. more stuff too, just forgor what it is

Pretty small update overall, I did get rid of athames and vials but they'll be getting their own mod sometime later. In other news, I finally figured out how to do custom text colors, and Patchwork enchantments are now colored based on their rarity! Hooray!

Also Ricochet still needs to be patched fully

But I'm super lazy so it'll probably be another week or something. Sorry!

Adds blooooood vials and some other stuff, also patches Ricochet so it doesn't decide to annihilate your computer's memory as soon as you get poisoned
