Buffed some of the parasites as I nerfed them too hard
Reduced amount of parasites that can be spawned at once in a horde night
Fixed parasites not being able to evolve in some phases
Reduced sleep penalty and reduced phase cooldown

Hello! If your parasites aren't evolving, please set them back to the phase you are in using the command: /srpevolution setphase # (#= The phase you are currently in)
