Paper Prefix

Integrated bStats metrics into the plugin for usage tracking. Updated Maven Shade Plugin version, added bStats dependency, configured package relocation for bStats, and included the CodeMC repository in pom.xml. Also bumped project version to 1.2 and confirmed 1.21.11 support.

Introduces Bedrock color codes with hex mapping for Paper, allowing users to set prefixes with Bedrock-specific colors. Updates color argument handling, tab completion, and usage messages to reflect new color options. Also updates plugin version to 1.1 and adjusts author/version metadata in PrefixExpansion.
