Added the Cactuspack. This pack is a trash can, accepting up to 27 stacks of items and then voiding them when the GUI closes.
Added item tags for each specialized pack, allowing for users to add items that should fit into a certain pack but don't normally for niche reasons.
Fixed issue where quick swapping stacks with the number key wasn't obeying the stack count limit (64) of the player inventory
