v1.0.0 — Culling Performance Update

Fixed: Weather culling was not working — Rain and snow particles outside your view were still being rendered. Now they are properly skipped, improving FPS during storms.
Fixed: Beacon beam culling was not working — Beacon beams off-screen were still being rendered. Now they are correctly hidden when not in view.
Fixed: End Gateway beam culling was not working — Same fix applied to End Gateway beams.
Fixed: Item Frame map culling was not working — Maps in item frames behind you were still being fully rendered. Now they are properly culled.
Fixed: Experience orb merging crash — XP orbs now merge correctly nearby, reducing lag in XP farm areas.

All 21 other culling options have been audited and confirmed to be fully functional:

Entity Occlusion Culling (hides entities behind walls)
Strict Frustum Culling (skips entities behind the camera)
Density-Based Culling (reduces entities in crowded areas like mob farms)
Block Face Culling (leaves, doors, stairs, fences, glass panes, rails, and more)
