Owl on a jump rope

This mod adds three items (for now), all found in their own Owl on a Jump Rope creative tab:

• Owl on a jumping rope card - the horseman of death.
• Uno Reverse Card - your best friend
• Deck of cards (8 uses) - drops an "owl on a jump rope" card in front of you.
