Flail: found in dungeons, throws a projectile that returns to the thrower and can pierce entities 

Pike: Found in buried treasure, has a large range

Diamond tip shovel: Found in desert temples, acts like a pickaxe and shovel with the efficiency of diamond and the mining level of wood

Bug stick : Found in jungle temples, used to create certain

Prospecting pick : Found in mineshafts, makes a certain sound depending on found nearby ores

Ice axe : Found in igloos, allows you to hook to walls, while hooked mining speed is normal, press shift to decend

These suplement redstone by having double the range but must be converted between systems with the alternator (to redstone) and motor (from redstone) and can have their range extended with a relay
